Does Nest Partners charge brokerage to tenants?
No. Nest Partners does not charge tenants a brokerage fee on applicable Nest Partners-listed residential homes. Onboarding, documentation, processing, stamp duty and registration charges may still apply, and are shared with you in writing before you commit.
What does 'Nest Partners-managed' mean for a home I rent?
A Nest Partners Managed home has completed the applicable Nest Partners management onboarding and is supported by a structured property-operations process rather than an informal, one-off broker interaction.
Can property owners hand over day-to-day management to Nest Partners?
Yes. Owners can engage Nest Partners to handle marketing, tenant screening, documentation, rent coordination, maintenance and renewals, so the property no longer needs to be a hands-on job.
How much does property management cost?
There is no sign-up fee: our property-management fee starts when rent collection starts. From then it is 9% of rent collected, or ₹2,000 per month, whichever is higher. Repair and improvement work Nest Partners coordinates carries a 10% coordination fee. Stamp duty, registration and any statutory or third-party charges apply where required. Commercial terms are confirmed in your Nest Partners management agreement before onboarding.
Do you work with commercial properties too?
Residential property management is our primary focus. Selected commercial requirements may also be handled depending on property, city and service scope.
How do I book a site visit?
Site visits are arranged on a request-and-confirm basis so an owner or our team can be present. You can request a visit directly from any property listing.
