Nest Partners Private Limited is a technology-enabled residential property management company headquartered in Bengaluru. We run rental homes for their owners, from tenant placement to move-out, and give owners and tenants their own view of the rent, repairs, inspections and documents that concern them.
What we do
Nest Partners manages residential rental homes end to end. Owners hand over the day-to-day, tenants get one team to call, and both see their part of it online.
Tenant placement and screening, agreements and move-in, rent follow-up, repairs, inspections, renewals and move-out, run by one team.
Homes listed with structured detail and visits confirmed with you. Once you move in, one team and a tenant portal for rent, repairs and documents.
One property record behind every managed home: payments, repairs, inspections, documents and approvals, with each person seeing the part that is theirs.
In practice
Our story
We didn't want to build another property company. We wanted to build a better way to run one.
Nest Partners began with firsthand exposure to how tenancies actually go wrong. The same frictions, repeating in home after home:

One property record
Madhu Chowdhary G came to property from finance. He pursued CA Final and worked as a Finance Manager with an American company before leaving the corporate path to build and run two operating companies with his brother. Finance taught him numbers and accountability. Entrepreneurship taught him ownership: when a problem is yours, you hold it until it is solved.
He did not come from a technology background, and he did not wait for one. Convinced that property management needed an operating system, not another spreadsheet, he learned the tools and personally drove the building of Nest Partners OS: one record connecting properties, people, payments, maintenance, inspections and documents.
Madhu believes Bengaluru's growth will keep adding rental homes. More homes should not mean more chaos. Nest Partners is his answer: a property company run with a finance mind and an operator's accountability. Bengaluru first, then urban India.

Building the company
Madhu drives the founding vision and the operating-system thinking; Anil brings the execution, operating discipline and expansion focus that turn it into a scalable company.
A Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Finance and Marketing, Anil began in banking with HDFC, grew through EdTech management across sales, business development, operations and team leadership, and then moved into real-estate operations with hands-on market experience in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai. Before Nest Partners, he was COO & Founder at QuikNest.
At Nest Partners, Anil owns strategy, operations, expansion, team building and customer experience, turning operating philosophy into repeatable execution.
Trust is earned through execution. You trust us with your property, and we earn that trust through our actions: strong processes, clear accountability and a simpler experience at every step. My focus is making sure Nest Partners scales without losing that discipline.

Inventory & handover
We record what belongs to the property before there is anything to argue about.
Inspections
Planned inspections, structured observations and photo and video evidence, kept on the property record.
Maintenance
Requests move through triage, responsibility, approval, work, evidence and quality check.
